🎙️ Core Debate HUD (The Main Stage)
The primary dashboard of the Chair, featuring real-time speech timers, automated caucus management, and responsive queueing.
Quick Tutorial: Select a country card in the roster to set them as the Active Speaker. Use the Timer Controls (Spacebar or Buttons) to play/pause speech timers. Manage the Speakers List or Moderated Speaker Queue natively.
📋 Delegations Roster & Dynamic Scoring
Integrated roster with weighted participation evaluation, auto-ranking, and attendance-based voting majority lookups.
Quick Tutorial: Mark delegates as Present, Present & Voting, or Absent to calculate voting thresholds. Use the action panel to click-to-increment speeches, POIs, or motions. Under the hood, ChairOS automatically ranks delegates by computing a Dynamic Score: Speeches (3.0x), POIs (1.5x), and Caucuses/Motions (2.0x).
📁 Real-time Session Sync
Multi-device cloud synchronization allowing parent chairs, co-chairs, and directors to interact and update the same committee deck live.
Quick Tutorial: Copy and share your unique 4-Letter Room Code. Other co-chairs can enter your code in the Join Room tab. You will receive an alert inside your main dashboard request panel; click Approve to establish the instant realtime sync!
🖥️ Public Display Projection View
A custom, clean widescreen visual projection screen designed for projectors or Zoom streams, completely free of administrative buttons.
Quick Tutorial: Click the Projection Display View button (🖥️) in the top navigation bar to open a companion tab, or input the room code and select "Launch Display Projection" on the home page. It auto-updates instantly as the chair edits names, timers, or speaker queues.
📝 Delegate Observation Notes & Saved Reports
Rich, auto-saving text notes to collect outstanding speeches, observations, or draft resolution contributions for every delegation.
Quick Tutorial: Expand the inline Notes (+) under any delegate card. Type observations, key details, or drafts; once you click outside, it auto-saves to the cloud database. Download an official PDF Stats Report anytime; all notes will be beautifully formatted and appended!
🏫 Secretariat Oversight Console
The executive command console for conference directors and secretariat to manage and monitor all active committee rooms from a single screen.
Quick Tutorial: Switch to the Secretariat Console. Add the 4-letter room codes of committees in your conference. Once approved by the respective room's chair, you will see a detailed dashboard of all connected committees, showing active states, timers, and live delegates stats side-by-side! You can also download any committee's PDF report directly with a single click.
